SCROLLING INSTEAD OF CLICKING PLZ

I am very happy that finally more attention has been paid to the 'art' lovers among us
as a polyvore fan, I notice more and more equal knowledge, which really makes me happy! but there is actually one small irritation point that bothers me. and that is the many clicks when I view the maps. it would be so much easier if we could just scroll to go to the next page instead of clicking on the next time. -

@artstimulation at the beginning we had scroll page system, but it took ages to scroll and find items. many of us wish paginating system due to the quick access to the next page and/or selected page. i really hope we will not go backward to the scrolling.. it took us 2 month of fighting for page system and i personally really hope it will stay. ofcourse if most members wish scrolling - urstyle for sure will listen

@aaliyahjh I think that it would be great to be able to scroll through pages with mouse wheel - it would be quite handy and I remember we had that on Polyvore

@vn1ta keeping the best of both would be great!! it means we can keep paginating + add "scroll function = go to the next page". it means instead of click "next page" we could do it with mouse scroll. but this also would mean that the paginating will stay unchanged. only the "go to the next page" would be possible with both actions: 1. click next page 2. scroll mouse
but as i said before, i would not love to go back.. page system is just awesome -
@aaliyahjh I too agree that the both of two worlds be be great! But, to go back to scrolling would be painful to us mobile users, and slow pc's. As of right now...I believe there are way too many items in categories to set a scroll system in place especially while the site is not quite stable yet with network overloads. Maybe, in the future the developers will have a code to fix and implement the scroll system with a high upload speed for both mobile and pc users.

Hi All
Just my 2c. And I realize that mine is a very unique issue. I am currently disabled and am using an iPad that my hubby has rigged to extend over my bed. Scrolling would be impossible for me as I have no mouse. If we decide to go back to the old system it would be great if we can wait a while until I heal?. I am willing to go with whatever the group wants, but right now URStyle is the only thing keeping me quasi sane 🤪

I think it would be lovely if both scrolling and clicking were implemented. There could be a choice in the Settings where each of us could choose which one we prefer. That way everyone would be happy ^^
EDIT: I think the Polyvore system where we could scroll through pages as well as click worked really well too.
