it's a totally weird issue related with windows, but the good news is that fix is going to be uploaded in the next 15min. I will ping you again to verify that

fix for create tools is ready! but you need to totally clear the cache in order to see the fix immediately

just clear browsing data, my laptop with windows and chrome browser was also affected by this issue, now works fine

we are re-creating broken images, right now we fixed about 40,000 images but still need to check a few millions more so it could take even 24h to fix them all
