Items aren't showing after being uploaded

As I understood admins, this process is being improved and will be more stable in the future. I am a community manager, so I cannot tell you a lot about technical data, as I do not know about that. I hope that you understand.

@familyrppartner The queue should clear up in the next couple of hours, as there are numerous items waiting to be uploaded (5.5k). It is safe to use it anytime, but I cannot tell you when or if it will get overloaded again, since that depends on total user uploads. In any case, admins are working on improving the stability of this process.

@bastet Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience. The site is still young, so this kind of problems can happen sometimes. There were many fast updates during the past few months, so it is normal to continue improving these processes until they can work perfectly

@ollie hi Ollie, my items are now importing fine. You might want to clear your browser history and cache/cookies and try again.

@ollie Please try the methods proposed here - clear cache & cookies, check if your browser is updated, try switching the browser (e.g. try Mozilla Firefox instead of Chrome).
Items upload was already fixed yesterday, so it should work well now.

@eyesondesign0181 Thanks Terri, just tried importing an item and it came through fine. @vn1ta Always clear my cache and cookies, and have tried Firefox as well. Might take on your suggestion of contacting help, as last night nothing was working much anywhere for me. Cheers for your input. Regards Ollie
