@vn1ta Thanks for your help! The backup copy's format isn't supported by my computer so it doesn't save it.

You should get .png (image) and .json (JavaScript) files.- Could you tell me which error were you seeing (that made you conclude that your computer doesn't support these formats)?
- Which browser and operating system are you using?
Maybe you are not able to open some of these two files, but you should be able to save them to your device.
