Urstyle not working :(

@vn1ta @REVIRESCO Hi Vnita, I know everyone is doing their best but this happens nearly every day or every second day for me, I am in Australia and have thought for awhile now that maybe you are updating at the same time when we in Southern Hemisphere are trying to create due to different time zones. I understand that updating needs to be done. As for trouble shooting, I have tried everything but when the site is working fine one minute and not the next you know it's not you, if you know what I mean. I am logging off now, have a nice day. @ollie Well, updates and small changes are applied daily to URSTYLE preview site, where new features are being implemented, tested and changed. However, that should not create continual problems at urstyle.com
Normally, it might cause a temporary slowdown here (for a couple of minutes, while the preview is being applied on the test side).Are you sure that the loading issue is constant on your side? Have you tried accessing Urstyle at different times during the day? Do the other sites (like Facebook etc.) work well for you? Internet connection might be causing the problem - for example, if your Wifi signal is not strong enough.

@vn1ta Hi Vnita, I have no problems with other sites when I have issues with URSTYLE. The only time I get to access Urstyle is when I am not working, generally fine during the day on the weekends but usually the issues in the evening my time. I will persevere for now, as I have tried different browsers and that does not seem to make a difference. Thanks Ollie

I'm even getting the spinning circle in the bottom right hand corner of this page tonight! Thanks for replying @vn1ta I am also in Australia and experiencing this problem. I haven't been able to do much for about 2 weeks now.

Dear @reviresco , which browser (+ version), device (tablet, mobile phone, laptop, desktop PC) and operating system are you using? What is your Internet speed? Do you have problems with any other site? Please let me know
I am sorry for the inconvenience. The truth is that the spinning circle issue is always temporary, whenever it appears. It had never lasted indefinitely, so I am not sure what could be the problem on your side

Hi @vn1ta, I am using Chrome on a new HP laptop with Windows 10. I don't have any problems with any other site. I also noticed that the clipper wasn't working with Instagram but I don't know if that's related or not.

@reviresco Yes, the problem with Instagram upload is present since latest Chrome updates, it seems. However, the Clipper works well on Mozilla Firefox. Switching the browser could help, please try that and let me know about the outcome

@vn1ta It won't let me create an outfit I've been trying to create one for over 100 times but the result is the same every time, just a blank white background with nothing.

in my experience it seems like a permanent on and off issue that happens with this site unfortunately. When the site doesn't want to load something it absolutely won't load it and I'll just have to save the draft and work on something later
