Set Did Not Publish, Clipper Not Working
-
@romaboots The set I was attempting to publish is no longer in my drafts. But I doubt it's lost, it's probably currently in limbo.

I could not publish a set today either. This is the first time I have had this problem. The circle kept going around and around. I lost part of my set. I save my set periodically before It is published. Also, the clipper was working as far as clipping the item, however, all the items I clipped never showed in my items. No items, no sets. I am so frustrated. I think I need a vacation for a few days. LOL......Just wanted to let you all know that I have had plenty the past few days with the site not working at times. Maybe eventually we will be able to be creative without all the problems. Just wanted to vent.

Same here, clipper won't work, haven't tried to publish anything yet, maybe they are updating the system, or data base down or something. Perhaps the server is over loaded with lots of traffic or something. Hugs!

I'm having problems too. Drafts won't save and the custom background tool is acting weird. On a positive note, collections are now in alphabetical order. YAY!! I think this may be why we are having problems. The update today probably caused a few problems. I'm sure they will work out the kinks soon.

My clipper is not working either. And I saw that our collections are now listed in alphabetical order, but mine are not. Thanks so much for any information about these issues

I think that the new update has slowed it down, very late over there, but they will fix it no doubt, they are on the ball at making this a great site!

same with me.... : (

same here! My set is published but the circle is still spinning... I had this problem before and you should keep the tab open until the set show up and that way you don't lost it. I hope this issue doesn't last longer!

I assume that the site is down as nothing new has been published since earlier this afternoon. I am hesitant to work on any sets since my last one I tried to publish is somewhere in limbo. I hope the admins can clear this up for us.

Dear friends, there were some new updates recently that might have caused temporary issues on the site. The site is not down (it is operating, but currently not in full capacity, due to database problem). Administrators are informed about set-publishing issue and Clipper blockage. These problems will be resolved in the next couple of hours, hopefully.
Please refer to this post for set-publishing issues: https://urstyle.com/topic/1895441/solution-for-set-publishing-issues.
Your sets should not get lost, as there are 2 possible outcomes explained in that post.Anita | URSTYLE Community manager

Thank you so very much @vn1ta for keeping us posted on the database issues. I really appreciate it!
-
@romaboots You're welcome, dear.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Did you get a SUCCESS message for your set and then you saw the loader spinning on it? Please give me more details about this.
-
@vn1ta thank you for the info
please let us know once the clipper works again
-
Yes, at one point a "your set is published" came up & then the spinning screen. Thanks so much for your help!
-
@romaboots Thank you for clarifying. That means that it will appear a bit later - after the database issue is resolved
Please do not worry.

@aaliyahjh You're welcome, dear. I will let you know

@vn1ta Good to know & thanks so much!

@romaboots If the set-publishing issue occurs again in the future, it's good to check this post: https://urstyle.com/topic/1895441/solution-for-set-publishing-issues. It is pinned to the top of the HELP section for easy access. It should save you from worrying

@vn1ta The clipper is not working for me either, but I'm as happy as @debraelizabeth with the collections in alphabetical order! Some issues are expected when improvements are being implemented. Thank you guys for all the hard work & news! Cheers!

@jesuisunlapin Thank you very much for understanding and support, dear!
