Young, blonde model suggestions?

In creating a character based off Sabrina Spellman, I am struggling to find a faceclaim who could play her and look around 16-18 years old. I’d like for it to be a model, not an actress, and besides that, I’m just hoping I can find someone who is blonde! Any and all suggestions are very appreciated!

I read Sabrina Spellman an immediately thought about Nataliya Bulycheva (she's more of a dirty blonde to be honest, not exactly Sabrina blonde), but I guess Michi Delane could also be an option, and she looks to be around 18 too???
