How do I recover the set that I lost in "create"?

My set did not want to save or publish. I got a file to reupload, but how do I do this? If it is in the same place where it retrieves the polyvore sets, I tried and could not because of the format.

You can send the files that you've received from URSTYLE (backup copies of your set - png and json file) to [email protected] and UR team will then upload your sets to your profile. Please make sure to give them your username or a link to your profile.If you do not like to wait, you can upload the backup png file to Pinterest, Blogger, Tumblr, or some other site, and then upload it to URSTYLE using the Clipper extension. Then you can add that uploaded set to the CREATE canvas, add a few items in the background and publish the set - e.g. like I did with this one: https://urstyle.com/styles/1655026
