won't publish after clipped items...

I ended up getting the clipper tool. My items are there and working but when i go to publish the set and even save the draft... it won't do it. I get some png save thing instead. Do i have to wait forever to use those items?? Not sure what is going on. I did a test with another set and it worked (without the items i clipped)
