Help!

Help! Failed to publish and keep Seth on the website, preserved only on my computer. I did set and it was not preserved(( Knows I lost it or something can you help?

Hi dear I am sorry, but I didn't understand you well. Did you manage to save a copy of your set to your computer (the one that the site didn't publish)?

If you saved a copy of that set, you can upload it to Pinterest, Blogger, Tumblr (or any site that you prefer) and then send it to your URSTYLE profile via Clipper (https://urstyle.com/about_clipper). It will be saved in your ITEMS. From there, you can put it on the Creator canvas, add a couple of items in the background (behind the set) because each published set must contain at least 2 items. Then you can publish it For example, that's what I did with this set: https://urstyle.com/styles/1655026 .

You can also send the files that you've received to [email protected] and ask the administrators to upload the set on your profile. Please make sure to include the link of your URSTYLE profile, or write your username. Also, please make sure to tell them if the set is unfinished (draft).

Another new set and again do not save or publish it on the problematic site? If I saved them as a picture, is this set no longer suitable for the contest?

@astromeria In that case, it might be the best to contact site administrators via [email protected] Please make sure to enter email subject (e.g. "Set upload" or similar) to ensure that your message doesn't get confused with spam email. Also, please make sure to attach the files that you have on your device (your URSTYLE set) and to give the admins details about your problem.
