How do I add a header to my profile?

Hi! Do you guys know how can I add a header to my profile? When I click on the header so I can upload an image nothing happens, is it normal?

If I understood well, you would like to change your cover photo (area marked in red on the picture below).The problem that you've described happened on certain browsers, such as Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. It may also happen if your browser is not up to date.
