Background issue

Fashion items has only white background !!!
I try to make a new set but all my fashion items do not get to be a PNG items like it used to be before, that mean I have to cut out very single fashion items so I can be able to create a set ? ... or maybe it is a temporal problem because our dear URSTYLE team is now working to upgrade something else for us ? - flying kisses to each and everyone of you my lovely friends ! -
This has happened to me twice. The only thing that worked was getting out of the website entirely and logging back in.

Have you tried switching between different background modes (No background, Full background, Custom background in the cropping tool)?
I've just tested my Clipper and my items do not have a background if I set them up so (shown on pic below).
Clearing cache resolves many temporary issues, even though it's not "panacea"
Another thing you can try is to access urstyle.com in Private mode (Incognito) on your browser.
If the problem persists, please message me and I will contact admins.

I've got the same issue. I've tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in again but it's still happening.

@reviresco Dear, please try accessing urstyle.com in Private mode (Incognito), switching the browser or switching Background modes (I mentioned this in my reply above - you'll notice it easily, it's 3rd from the top of this page with an attached picture). Please message me if the problem persists and I'll contact admins
