I need help with the backups

I downloaded a couple of backups from the sets I've made but I don't know how it works. Can somebody please explain me how those work?

I think that you can ask Urstyle team to upload them for you via [email protected] Make sure to title your email (e.g. "Backup sets upload") and to attach your backup files
