You know what? Please Make a video on this, I use Microsoft windows computer and not a Google Chrome computer I need very serious help to understand what's going on better and I hope the slowness and errors stop tomorrow.

@emmasart My computer has a Microsoft Windows 10 operating system as well. I am using Google Chrome browser. Which browser are you using? Mozilla?

Well I use Google Chrome as my browser, But yes, I still have Mozilla Firefox, along with Internet Explorer.

@emmasart Well, you asked me how to download backup pictures - I explained it textually and then I posted images too (with marked relevant fields). I did this on Google Chrome (the browser that you are using too).

@vn1ta HI, I upload items from pinterest yesterday they are in my items. I clear my cache already. do you know if the Que is running slow?

@izzystarsparkle I've just tested my Clipper and the items appeared in a couple of seconds. Are you saying that the items you uploaded yesterday from Pinterest didn't show up yet?
