it only lets me organize like a fifth of the items I have?? can I not organize the others?

It would help the admins resolve it.Also, information about your OS (operating system), browser and type of device (laptop, desktop PC, mobile phone, tablet...) will help.

@lecoupdefoudre i was about to ask if it's just me who can't use the item organizer? because i tried it for the first time today and it just leads to a blank Urstyle page? i am using an up to date chrome browser on a windows 10 pro (surface pro 4) laptop, and everything else on the site works well, aside from the item organizer

If that doesn't work for you, try the Incognito mode or switching to another browser until the problem gets resolved
