Items Lost!!!

I saved up to 20 items 3 days ago and they are not appearing in my item list yet, did I lose them? Will anyone from Urstyle team give me a feedback?! I have posted the same 3 days ago. no response.

@negrofonte Dear, please note that URSTYLE team is truly very busy - they are working on updates, improvements and bug fixes, which is why they do not have the time to respond to each forum post individually. It's just not physically possible to do so many things at once
Have you tried uploading new items today? Did they get uploaded?
Please note that certain items that we upload will wait in the queue until the problem is resolved. If their format is adequate, they will be uploaded as soon as possible.
