help, my items aren't processing in the web

At the side of my screen appears the announcement that supposedly my items are being processed but they don't and it's has been like that for days, I tried to log out and then log in but nothing happens...

@saturnian Dear, have you been using the new Clipper (browser extension: https://urstyle.com/about_clipper ) or the old Clipper ("Add items" button)?

@vn1ta Is there a problem with the old style clipper? I have been waiting for items for almost a week, although it says they are processing them.

@auntiehelen Dear, it might be that the items weren't in the right format
Where did you upload them from? Did they not appear today?Maybe good old browsing data cleaning could help

@vn1ta They were from different places...mostly google images, and some of my own edits from Pinterest. I even tried one of my own edits which had come over previously and it didn't appear either!

@urstyle I tried redoing the items with the old style clipper, but still nothing appeared; so I tried once more to upgrade my Safari to High Sierra so that I could get the new clipper... and this time it completed successfully... it did take 9 and a half hours, but it's done and I am delighted to say the items I took over as a trial came here successfully!!! Yay!! I'm a happy bunny
