item organizer not working

the item organizer page doesn't load for me, it just appears blank
does anyone know how to fix this?

My organizer works well, I've just checked it. Have you tried cleaning browsing data (cache & cookies)? You can find the instructions in this post: https://urstyle.com/topic/1553017/important-information-about-urstyle

@vn1ta Hi Dear, Just wondering if I am doing this right ... but with the item organiser can you select many items at a time or just one. If I do just one it appears to work but if I try a few, it does not? Thank you

@ollie I've just tested my Organizer and it works when I select multiple items
What exactly didn't work in your case?

@vn1ta If I select multiple items from my liked items, it does not go through to the collection I pick after ticking that collection. If I do just one, it will go to the collection?? I clear cache after I use laptop every session.

@ollie Have you tried refreshing the page? Maybe they don't load right away for you
I've just tested Organizer with my liked items and it worked as intended.

@vn1ta I was on earlier today and tried to do this, they did not appear in collection. When I have just logged back on this evening (different times to you
) the items are still not in the collection, so I have tried again with multiple items and still the same result??

Have you tried a different browser perhaps? I'm really not sure what could be causing this issue.
Does it work for you with uploaded items at least?

@vn1ta Yes, it is working with uploaded items. I might try closing down and refreshing every thing, this may help. Just strange. Have been using google chrome and it has been fine. Not sure if this is the problem. Thank you

@ollie I know you can select items to organize one page at time. Maybe that helps also. But some should go into a collection at least. Hum. See what happens if you use a mobile device. If it does the same thing then there is a glitch that needs to be fixed

Who else is having a problem? aintyovrhero resolved her problem after cleaning browsing data and luckied99 wrote about testing the Organizer on mobile device
