Item alignment in sets

Hello! Many of my sets are saving with large white borders and all of the items aligned to the right. Is this something that can be fixed? I have tried editing the sets and moving items more to the left but it doesn't seem to help at all. It happens with items with larger background areas and items without so I'm not sure what I can do to help it. Thanks in advance!
