Items not uploading. Please Help!

Hello. Yesterday I tried using the new URSTYLE clipper and it was great except when I went to check the "items" tab on my profile, nothing was there. So then I tried using the "add items" button; I put in the image link and stuff, but still nothing happened. Am I doing it wrong? Or do the items need to be approved? I really don't mind waiting, I just want to know what's going on so I can fix it if it's on my end. Thanks!

@farquadstarsqaud Hello Dear! I am sorry to hear you had issues with our Clipper Tool. Items do not need to be approved. Could you please provide us some additional information? If you could get us source URL / URL of the items you were trying to clipped it would be very helpful for us in investigation. Thank you!

@olivpear Sure, no problem! The first item was a pair of orange sunglasses. I'm thinking that it may have been the websites fault because there were multiple items on the same page? I'm not sure. The other item was this fanny pack. Perhaps I should try uploading the pics to pinterest and then using the clipper? Idk. From what I see the problem is, both these items can be zoomed and therefore Clipper "doesn't know" which item to upload. I had to open given item in a new tab and clip it from there. This seems to be working work around until we fix the problem. Please let me know if you have any other problems

I tried the clipper tool again with an different image on another website (pinterest) and it worked!! I'm so happy! ugh, I love this site!
