Dissapearing items within sets after publishing

i have deleted the set and re-did it again only to have the same problem, the set shows only certain items after publishing leaving blank spots

Please make sure to post your set link here so that Administrators can explore it further.
It's important that we don't delete problematic sets so that URSTYLE team can investigate the issue.
