Adding items to a collection

I am new on Urstyle crossing over from 9 years of Polyvore. Can anyone tell me how to add items that I uploaded from my computer via way of an upload application to my collections. I have plenty of doll parts and I have a collection started, however, I cannot figure out how to get other items as part of the collection. There is no URL address associated with these. Thanks in advance for your time and support. Hugs, Beverly

To add items to collections you should open every single item and there will be a button "Add to collection", then you should click on "Create new collection", name your collection in "Collection title" area and click on "Create & Collect". But you won't be able to see your items in your collection while creating sets... at least, now (Urstyle team is working on it).

Hi Beverly, Asia describes this process perfectly. I want to add that Collections you create won't be in alphabetical order and they can't be deleted once you create them ( at least not yet), so just be aware that if you mistakenly make two Collections with the same name, you can't delete one or the other (guess how I know ;)). You can, however delete the Items within the Collections, but it will delete the Item in all other places as well. I hope this isn't too confusing. Urstyle is working on making Collections more organized and they will soon be putting them into the Create Page Categories so it will cut down on scrolling time.

@Beverly I'd just like to add that you can right click on item title and open each item in new tab - to save your time - when you're done with an item, close the tab and open a new one
