Clipper not working!

I downloaded the clipper extension for Google Chrome, but it isn't working for me. I cleared cache and cookies, deleted the extension and redownloaded it, made sure Chrome was up to date, and it still isn't working. It keeps saying, "We were unable to log you in, likely due to an expired session. Please try again." I sent an email to [email protected] about it and have yet to hear back.

Hi dear
Have you tried to log out of the site , then try to use the Clipper and log in afterwards - when the Clipper requires this action from you? Best wishes!
P.S. I meant to be logged out when starting the Clipper tool. Hope you understand me.

And did you hear directly from the Urstyle team? It seems that a couple of members unfortunately had this problem with logging in ... Best wishes!

Is that newest Chrome browser?
Is that your default browser? -
@admin Iβm using Windows 7. Chrome is up to date, and it is my default browser.

One of the Urstyle members ( @RainHeartArt ) suggested using Opera browser because Google Chrome tends to create problems with Clippers (her message posted below). You might want to try that solution, Opera is a free browser too, many people praise it and you can get it here: https://www.opera.com/download

@savannahsinclair Hi Sweetie, yes I've done all those things in Chrome as well and I still can't get any of my Clippers to work in Chrome. If this is the very first Clipper you've used then it could be Chrome itself but the message from the Admin here said they are checking their end to see if it's a Site issue, so hang tight. I agree, if you want to download Opera while you're waiting, it's really easy. You just put "Download Opera Browser" in your Search and follow the instructions. Having more than one Browser on your computer normally doesn't interfere with anything else, you just have to sign in to the Site you're using. I'm using Opera for the URStyle Clipper and it works pretty well. Hang in there!

@misunderstood Dear, I'd suggest that you too try another browser until Urstyle team manages to solve this problem. There's a lot of work they need to do and there's only a few of them.
Opera is praised by many and it's a free browser
