Collection Issues

So I'm making new collections...I tend to have a lot. Since we can't delete those yet I've noticed something that is currently freaking me out...after a certain point you can only scoll down a certain number of collections and then you can't get to any other's before that. Right now there are 13 collections I can't add anything to because I can't get them up on the drop down menu.
Admin....please help.
