Import old profile

Can someone explain what does that mean? And I see some of you has imported old Poly sets, could you please be kind and teach me the same? I tried to upload sets downloaded from Polyvore but it didn't work.

In order to download your sets sign in here: account-update.polyvore.com
Click request download and wait a while until your content is ready to be downloaded.
Open URSTYLE.
Open EDIT PROFILE page.
Click IMPORT YOUR OLD PROFILE button.
Upload the ZIP file, which you have just downloaded from POLYVORE.
Wait for file to be uploaded (it may take up some time, depends on how big is your file)
Give us some time (there is a huge number of users in queue, it may takie from 1 to 24 hours) and ENJOY! -

@dgia Hi, I've had the same problem as this other user. I've tried to upload the file 7 or 8 times at the least. I even changed it into a .zip file and still, 24 hours later - nothing. Is there a malfunction with the importing or is it just the website? I was really looking forward to uploading my old Polyvore sets

Hello. Sorry about the late response - I was out of town for the week. Although it was pretty frustrating to see that even after a whole week, my sets were STILL not uploaded. Very much losing faith in this website. I thought I'd be able to have my sets back again.
