Can we get a feed of people we follow?

It's hard to keep on top of collections and items, especially if following a lot of people. It's nice if we had a feed on the frontpage of all the latest activity. If we could somehow personalise it to contain only the stuff we want, that would be great, because as it is, I pay no attention to it. ️
