Time Limit on importing old profile?

Hey everyone!! I'm working on sets and clipping items, generally getting adjusted. I imported my old profile about 5 days ago, and so far nothing has shown up. In the past, I've seen the recommendation of waiting 24 hours for sets to show up. How long is it taking nowadays? Should I give it a week? I don't know whether or not it actually worked, but I'm paranoid that if I try again, all my sets will upload twice! If anyone more experienced would like to offer advice, that would be appreciated. I want to know how long to wait before I know it either worked or didn't.
