Even now i don't eat fried food and im low on carbs, i can share and i can assure these are tasty because my godmother made them often when i was a child. I tried the cabbage rolls years ago. They were at least very similar, a former colleague knew how to cook them and she served at a dinner. Very nice dish. -

We have a spring now but the best of the best for Christmas
Eve dish is mushroom soup (the most aromatic is from boletus edulis
dried mushrooms - but could be from any others wild mushrooms)
I'm delighted it all year.
