PNG (no background) Image Issues.
-
Hi, I noticed that your PNG (no background) items don't always seem to work properly...for example several frames I have saved have solid centers when they shouldn't. Also when you use the straight line tool to crop a PNG the image also becomes black. I'm not sure if anyone else has brought this to your attention. Thank you!

Same issues here....only the png items I made are actually png...the ones I found on Pinterest arent saving correctly or uploading correctly. Also, cropping white blocks are pointless because they end up with a grey line around the edges

@kellylynne68 Hi dear Would these steps (on the picture below) help? Best wishes!
-
@vn1ta hi, thanks for your response, I actually tried that option before but it did not solve my issue.
-
@kellylynne68 Oh, I see. Well, the site does seem to "read" certain png images in the wrong way - e.g. this one: https://urstyle.com/shop/9663071 looks completely different in the editor
-
@kellylynne68 Can you give me an example of the item you're having problems with (solid center issue) ? Just upload it here using this little icon:
-
@vn1ta this polaroid is supposed to be no background...including center but does not appear like the original source when you place it in a set

@kellylynne68 I understand, dear... It seems that Urstyle cropping tool doesn't load it properly because the object (frame) is very light
I've uploaded similar frame that seems to work, please try it: https://urstyle.com/shop/9704226
Best wishes! -
@vn1ta thanks for your help!
-
@aaliyahjh I just posted there as well...thank you!

@kellylynne68 You're welcome, dear. I wish I could have helped more, but the site still has many bugs that we, users, do not understand.
It will improve in time -
@kellylynne68 By the way, I've noticed that some of the png items have almost invisible water mark, which makes them "regular images", which is why they have white solid background.
Make sure to check that when you're uploading images. -
@vn1ta thanks for the tip!
