It is very good that we can have this community forum over here so we can put questions and share ideas, and very important, give our feedback and what issues do we have. @vn1ta done a great job describing the main issues to be solved. (i just published a art set that meant a lot for me and it is published as if it was from previous week or so, when the draft was made...)

@wintermoon did you mean that you set don't have changes made after draft was saved?

@aaliyahjh Hi, this is not really a malfunction, but I can't smooth the edges of my "Fade" Items with the editing tools URSTYLE has. The edges are cracked and jagged. Am I not seeing a tool you have that can help with this or is there not one available yet? Thank you!

@anna-of-sweden Dear, @emcf3548 is right, and you could also try F5 (or FN + F5, depending on device) in order to refresh the page. Your items should appear after that

p.s. You hit F5 or FN + F5 after uploading an item and getting the green SUCCESS message

@urstyle I've just realised what happened! I thought I had started a draft yesterday evening, opened the draft that came up and it was the head of the doll from a set I completed ages ago. So I deleted the head and made my new set!! It obviously has placed it where the old one would have been. Funny thing is THAT set was completed (it is the one just before where this one ended up) so I don't understand why there was a draft still there !! I shall be more careful in future !!

@auntiehelen There is no option to open draft when set was published from it. Are you sure that you didn't use Edit option on existing set?

I can't expand or shrink or turn items using the mobile site. All I have is a tablet, I can't just jump on my desktop to create sets.

@fawntasea hi! I sometimes use my iPhone to create sets and it can be a bit tricky but they turn out fine and have the same functions you find on a desktop editor. Do you have all the arrow icons when you’re in the editor? Like the flip icon, the delete icon, the move forward and back arrows? Or are they just not there?

@ahngelical I went to check and now I understand what I was doing wrong. I kept trying to pinch to shrink and expand like in Polyvore. As soon as I turned my tablet to portrait and just tried manipulating one of the cornerners it worked. Thank you for the help.

@fawntasea aww I’m glad you figured it out. Tbh the editor is quite easy to use once you get the hang of it + new features have just been added like better crop tools and the ability to undo which is so helpful.

I am having trouble editing my sets. I publish my sets, press "edit", the set opens, I edit, and then I hit "Save changes", and then (after the icon in the right bottom corner has turned for a while), I get the message that an "Unknown error has occured" and that I should try again later.
What could it be? It has been going on since I joined a few days ago. I use Chrome and my internet speed is fine (but not excellent).

@eizhowa Have you tried cleaning cookies & cache before logging in to URSTYLE?
