My wife's Russian, and she mentioned once a while back that it's pretty common there to get new moms a piece of jewelry after they have the baby. She's due literally any day now and I want to get her something meaningful for it, not just flowers and a card. I've got zero idea what actually works for something like this though, feels like there's a right and wrong way to go about it. What kind of piece works best for something like this?

It doesn't have to be huge or expensive either, it's more about her having something she'll connect to the moment years from now, not just another nice piece sitting in a drawer.
