Trellis for heavy climbing plants (Wisteria/Star Jasmine)

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a sturdy trellis solution for my backyard. I’ve tried the wooden ones and the thin plastic mesh, but my Wisteria just rips them apart as it grows. I need something structural that I can bolt to the brick wall. Is there a place in Sydney that sells galvanized steel mesh panels in large sheets?

Wisteria is a beast, you definitely need steel for that. I used galvanized welded mesh sheets for my Star Jasmine and it looks great. It gives that modern industrial look and will literally last forever. I bought 2.4m x 1.2m panels from RWAP in Sydney. They manufacture them locally, so the welds are really strong. I’d suggest the 75x50mm or 50x100mm spacing so the vines have plenty of room to wrap around.
