Managing 40 Gmail accounts without losing your mind
-
I run mass email campaigns and use close to 40 different Gmail accounts for that. The problem is Gmail only lets you stay logged into 10 accounts at a time in the browser, so I'm constantly logging in and out, switching profiles, losing track of which account I used for what. It eats up so much time it's ridiculous. Is there a smarter way to handle all of them at once without jumping through hoops every five minutes?

A few approaches actually work well here. Browser profile managers let you run each account in its own isolated session, so you can have multiple windows open at the same time without any conflict. Some people set up dedicated Chrome profiles for groups of accounts, others use tools built specifically for multi-account management. The key is finding something that keeps sessions separate so cookies don't bleed into each other and you don't get flagged for suspicious activity.

The cleanest solution for this kind of volume is a multi-account browser, where every account lives in its own profile with completely separate cookies and sessions. No logging in and out, no conflicts, all 40 accounts accessible at the same time from one place. There's a good rundown on how to set that up with multiple Gmail accounts here: https://gologin.com/blog/multiple-gmail-accounts/ . Covers everything you need to get it running properly.
