Trying to grow as a niche blogger on Instagram – any tips from experienced users?

I’ve always dreamed of becoming a successful Instagram blogger in my niche, which is focused on mindful lifestyle and daily simplicity. I love creating soft, aesthetic content — little moments from daily life, wellness routines, peaceful places. People say my photos have “a calming vibe,” which is great! But I still struggle with reaching a wider audience. My engagement is low, and even though I post consistently, growth has been really slow. I know many here follow amazing accounts with thousands of followers — how did they get there? I’d love to hear any tips, strategies, or recommendations from people who’ve made it work. How do you attract the right audience and keep them interested? -
@zaraberg You’re definitely not alone — growing on Instagram has become more difficult lately, even with great content. I’d say focus on strong visual identity, post at consistent times, and interact with your audience through stories or comments. Building a connection helps more than just likes.

Besides staying consistent, try connecting more in comments, sharing behind-the-scenes in Stories, and using niche-specific Reels.
