Can't Login With Email or Password

Helping a friend here..
They can't login to account since lack of remembering email and having no access to it anymore. Also tried countless passwords written down none of them give login success. Is there a way @Admin can reset account or help change passwords for it? Helpfulness is needed thanks!! -

You can use "reset the password" option, if you remember the email address

@admin Email was sent. As mentioned at least a couple times email CANT be accessed
Is there another way to enter the account? Say delete it so they can remake it with the username and such for example thanks
