Whenever I click on the "magnifying glass" icon to search a member, then click "Users" & type a name, absolutely nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

@ellen-hilart16 I tried it with your name and it worked. Are you sure you are typing the name correctly?... I think it needs to be exactly right.

i agree with @auntiehelen, it has to be spelt 100% accurately. if you're absolutely sure on the spelling, i believe some alternate explanations are that they either deleted the account or they've blocked you ://
