@auntiehelen Apart from putting in this post, I also emailed admin at support and had a response that they will look in to it ... hopefully sooner than later. I find the problem to be random, so I keep trying

We were notified about this issue by email, its hard to repeat this issue but probably some 3rd party libraries needs update

@auntiehelen I googled third part libraries and it returned two answers, one to do with java and the other said anything that was not microsoft or apple. My laptop is not that old and I run updates, so I am not sure??

@ollie Well mine is Apple and I run updates... so where does that take us....?

@auntiehelen Maybe apps that are not microsoft or apple? But you would not think that would effect the running of Urstyle. I also use Chrome and that is up to date too. Really got no idea on this one??

@ollie @auntiehelen third party libraries are bits of prepackaged software used by developers in programming, They are usually pre-tested software developed by someone other than the original vendor of the development platform.

I’m not sure what all URStyle platform uses that’s original vs third oarty, but it sounds like they’re saying whatever is messing up the cropping is something that they have no control over. Am I correct @admin?

@fassionista @auntiehelen Thank you for that I am just thinking if the cause is third party libraries, it must be something that a few of us have in common ... but what? Especially since one of us runs Apple and the other Microsoft, and the other thing is why has it just started happening?

@ollie I believe it’s the platform itself (I.e. the cropping tool they’re using may be a third party library) not the software or browser we individually use to access it…. And as for why - maybe it’s not compatible with the update ‍️?
