Cutting Tool for URS

I cannot find a working Cut Tool for Android. It might need to be "For Dummies", I am terrible w technology. Can someone tell me if one exists and if so, provide the link to download. Thx.

@jazzcat1221 hi dear, do you mean a tool to cut items in a set? If so, once you drag an item onto the create space, three boxes should appear on the upper right hand side.
