Spam comments / weird comments

Hello, I receive a lot of comments like this : I Found This T-shirt Here : http://thesadsong.com/shop/balenciaga-smiley-t-shirt-for-men-and-women/
Not always from the same account. Accounts doesn't have any created sets or even a profil picture. I'm getting kinda borred... Is anyone having the same problem ?

The meaning of these messages is not clear to me. -

@Chanig I get a lot of these comments too! They're very weird! I don't know what it is exactly, I believe it's a virus (?). I just report it but nothing happens, so I ignore it since I can't delete it.
