ADS IN DRAWING BOARD

I've started getting a band of ads across the bottom of my workspace that take up about a quarter of it. How do I get rid of them? They make it very hard to create.

I have great trouble anyway as I can't see the bottom of the page - if I do the set to size it comes out small when I publish - the ads make it even harder to see what I am doing....have been designing off site and importing, not an ideal solution!

There is a down arrow on the bottom left, which hides them. I always put my laptop on full screen (F11) when I am creating.

when the ads popped up on mine they asked questions about the ads, like stop seeing this ad. I clicked on my answer and the ads are gone. Also, look for an x on upper right of ad and click. It might make it disappear also.

@laughingdog When I do that, they just say we won’t show this ad again, but keep the space, even when I say the ad covers content.

@kateolive the ads pop up in the section that says embellishment where the text and shapes are shown. So I scroll down. Maybe everyones screen looks different? I'm on a laptop.

@kateolive And now I can’t create a set because there is an ad blocking the button to move forward in the items.

@laughingdog That's what my screen should look like, too. I also am using a laptop. I managed to get rid of the ads by filing a complaint, but now How to Create has moved up instead of staying at the bottom of the screen! I'll try rebooting.

@vvccourtz How infuriating! My ads on that side are in the middle of the screen, so you have to scroll past them, but they aren't blocking anything. Maybe you could try filing a complaint about the ads blocking space you need. That worked for me, but who knows for how long.
