Item downloading issues

Once again, items downloading is extremely slowly, I have to wait more than an hour just to get one of them someone others with same problem?

@pusja76 When my items don't show up, I find that if I close the site, they appear when I reopen it. Often right away.

I can't get logged into the clipper tool at all. I removed it then downloaded it again. How can
I clip items or upload pics I have saved on my computer?

@lullabiesx if they’re saved on your computer you can upload ten at a time through the items tab on your profile. Sorry about your login glitch:/

@e-lysium ooh, I was thinking it would be through the item organizer. Thank you for telling me! I wish it would get fixed because it'd be a lot easier to do the clipping

this issue has been happening to me for a few days. honestly, it's way too slow and I just give up sometimes. items are showing up after hours.....................

@astrocosmic it depends on the traffic of items. If you're online at a busy time then it will take long time to get items. If you're online when less people are online say when most Americans are sleeping, items can be quick to clip.

@dotingsage yes, you’re totally right! But that shouldn’t depend on “busy time” or when “americans are sleeping” because there are times it takes until the next day for items to appear, at least for me. But ok lol
