PROBLEMS WITH JOINING GROUPS

Hi Everyone. Ya know, I'm still having issues with joining groups. When I do join a group and I go in to contests, I keep getting this message that says I need to join the group to participate, but when I go to the main group, it says "Leave Group".
This has been going on for nearly a year. Is anyone else having problems with this? Do I need a private invite? Thanks in advance for the help

Have you tried leaving the group and rejoining it?
Another possibility is that there is a glitch in your cache. Make sure you remember your password before you try this, but go into your browser and tell it to forget URSTYLE. Close your browser, reopen, come back to URSTYLE, and log in.

@RainHeartArt Some groups are private, where you will need to be accepted by the moderator, the other groups are public where you can just join. May I suggest you check with the moderator if you are on the members list, if you are and your problem is till happening my next suggestion is that you address admin with your problem giving a link to the group which is causing the problem.

Hi Zen, thank you and yes, I have tried to unjoin and join again and I clear my cache out every other day, and interestingly enough, I did exactly what you're describing in my browser. I run cleaning scans once a week to get rid of any bugs or viruses and I have to log back in to URStyle and other sites. I think this is an internal thing, so I'll contact the Moderators and Admins and see if they can help with this.
