Want to be able to view contest before publishing
-
@admin It would be really nice to be able to view my contest along with it's banner before publishing so that I can determine if it looks the way I'd like. I found where you can publish then quickly delete and did that once but then I tried another one and it won't delete. Trying to play around with the right banner set up and you can't see how it looks unless you publish it.

@fashionmonkey I know that well! try to edit your contest it worked for me xoxo

@fashionmonkey the ideal contest banner size is 1,068 × 600 pixels. If you keep your design inside the ideal dimensions, it will look fine every time. Cheers!

@jesuisunlapin @Shoaleh-Nia I'm working with a new free banner site and it is rather quirky and I'm trying to determine if it is the site I want to use. I've published to view and deleted immediately but then then when I check the contest page it seems to still show and I don't want to annoy people. This is why I wish we could view and decide before publishing. Because it is free I'm trying to test the quality after it uploads.

@fashionmonkey I got it sweetie, after you delete it takes a little while to disappear on site xoxo

@jesuisunlapin @FashionMonkey I second this opinion because my banners are all 1028x360 and they all look nice within the contests, and I use Canva for my banners because it’s free and you can choose a variety of layouts, photos, elements and fonts (because it’s a graphic design tool)

@mayblooms Yes! Canva is the site I stumbled upon yesterday. I think I finally have it figured out now. Yay!
-
@fashionmonkey yay!!!! I'm glad you figured it out! Canva is great and if you need any help feel free to ask! I've been using it for a long time for a variety of things

@mayblooms @FashionMonkey I too use Canva for many things (including the contest banners) & I highly recommend it! What a great tool! I opted for the ‘Pro’ plan, which is even better than the ‘Free’ one.
