'my items' not updating

hi all,
i don't know if it's just me experiencing this, but the 'my items' tab in the editor is not updating for me. my newly clipped items do show up in the tab on my profile but not while in the editor or in the item organizer. i'm quite confident that this is a technical issue on urstyle's end because i've cleared my cookies and tested my account from several different browsers.
i'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue. thank you.

@fckthenoise Note, I re-read (comprehension is sometimes not great on my end and deleted my first comment because it came across like I was being passive aggressive, my bad I really just didn't read the thing properly and figured it was best to explain things in detail) and I don't know if the fact they haven't uploaded officially yet is the issue, but I'd recommend checking that just to see (you can do so in the items organizer, just click the uploading tab). Sometimes this site takes a while to update things (having serious issues with getting images I've uploaded to be assigned to collections, having to redo it upwards of 3 times for it to stick). Hope it comes through for ya.

@fckthenoise ahh i do know about that! it's actually one of the first places i checked when i was having this issue actually, and it's completely empty. the clipper told me that my items had been successfully imported but again, i cannot access them anywhere else but the items tab on my profile, which is incredibly inefficient.

@ollie i saw and read that post already. not 100% sure we're having the same issue but it does sound similar! is there any way we could bring this to urstyle's attention? unfortunately, it's kinda difficult to make sets without clipped items ://

I'm having trouble with items not uploading on the organizer & sometimes have to put them in 2-3 times before the item moves to a collections file. I'm copying @admin on this so they can address the problem.
