@admin rejected items

@admin Would it be possible to look into my rejected items, seen below, from https://www.luisaviaroma.com/en-us/shop/women/bags?lvrid=_gw_i22 and see whether there could be a work around to import them from "rejected items" over to "my items" in my item organizer? When clipping from this site everything appears to be clipping normal but then winds up in the rejected section. Is there any way to fix this for future clipping from this site?
