Well, what a very interesting group of interpretations. I didnt know what I was getting myself into with this topic theme at all but knew it could stem so many interpretations. You all did just that, there were soooo many fabulous interpretations ...and I had to put my 'big girl mind' on to be able to come to a decision for the winners circle. Meaning...I tried to be totally un-bias and have a very, very open mind. For art, its about feelings and what it can do for you and pull out of you. Personally, I love to feel upbeat and thrive for more of that but sometimes you have to go to that place on the otherside to prove you have what it takes to pass through with ease. Im saying all that to say...for this type of contest...I had to roll with the artistry, effect it had on me and what the creator evoked ...if their art was able to make me feel what it is they were conveying through their clever presentation.So here are the top 5 that really made me 'skadoo' into their piece....**
