"Create" screen changes for Android

On the bottom of the create screen all of tte buttons are missing, obliterated by a bar across the bottom of the screen that has the word "Create" and the number of unread notifications. Impossible to create a set or edit anything w/o the tools to do so.

ARE YOU USING THE CHROME BROWSER?
For me, if I use chrome on my android devices [phone, tablet or chromebook] I have issues with those icons/buttons as well. I use firefox or kiwi browser now for creating with easy. The coding for that function must be different in chrome os system Is this the reason @admin?

THE FIRST TWO IMAGES ARE FROM CHROME OS and [BTW...nothing is ever draggable unless I use a mouse/keyboard on my touchscreen Chromebook]

ICONS ARE VISBLE AND EVRYHTING FUCTIONS PERFECTLY JUST NO CLIPPER...lol
