Glitch in Item Organizer ?

Anyone else transferring items to collections, only to have them remain in the organizer? I cannot Unlike or Remove items either...

I have been putting items into collections, at first they didn't go anywhere, I logged out come back, seems to be working, try again in a few minutes, maybe a glitch
