Help, can't create

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but already got some issues. I am not sure what's wrong. If I've logged in, and clicked to create, there is just a blank space (and above the URSTYLE text, get inspired, etc.). I use internet explorer. I've tried with chrome, if I am logged in, can't create. If not, I can, but when I log in to publish it, it disappears. Could somebody help, please?

Create tools is working for you as a not signed in user ? and not working when you sign in ?
