We’re loving the new contest feature. It would be nice in the future to have a way to remove a set entered into a contest by mistake. I have done this three times now, twice because I misunderstood the contest requirements, and once I entered the wrong contest

"MEMBER SEARCH" MENU for Profile Pages
Dear URSTYLE. It would be wonderful if you could implement a "Member Search" menu on our Profile page. I've included a link from a Polyvore profile page (captured by "Wayback Machine") that shows this tool. The way it is set up now, it is so hard to find a member. We have to go into our "Following" or "Followers" which can be very tedious; or hope we see their new sets; get a message from them; or look through "Notifications". It would be Very Appreciated. Thank you for considering this!!

It would be helpful if group admins could choose the number of sets a member is allowed to enter in a contest. I like to limit entries, but the way it is set up members can enter an unlimited number of sets. Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Yes...Right now we can give instructions that includes a set limit, bot no mechanism to impede someone from exceeding the limit.

Seems it should be own art competitions. Now everyone can enter fashion sets on all competitions, as everyone comes with the group automatically. I do not want my sets to participate in fashion competitions since they have nothing there to do. In Polyvore you could choose whether you wanted the sets to be in the art folder, home or fashion. Hope this can be done something with. -
@johbri Actually, your sets will not be submitted in any contest unless you send them there using the "Add set" button
You might be referring to submitting sets in groups - all your sets are automatically submitted to the group and can be seen in the group tab called "SETS" once you become a member of a certain group. I am sure that admins will take care of this. I have talked with them about set submissions before and I'm hoping for the positive outcome.

Three more things about the editing/ cropping system. (made another suggestion in this thread)
The editing system has made some ideas waaay too much work.
You can't copy several items at once. For instance, I want to make a Droste-effect set, imagine......
So it would be nice if that possiblility could be enabled.Second thing I noticed, when you copy an item and flip it, then it's not the exact mirrored version,
because the measurement slightly differs from the original.I also find the blocks on the editing lines way too big. It's no use to have Chrome zoom in (or out? lol)
It would be nice if these could become a bit smaller.I love details so therefore I might be too picky but hey, I do make great stuff!

@johbri and @vn1ta Yes our sets shouldn't be automatically be assigned to all groups we're in.
A set shouldn't be assigned to any group, unless you directly join a contest of a certain group. (yes, add set or create set if you want to create a completely new set for that contest)
You should be able to choose which set in which group. Polyvore had a max of 5 groups. Maybe Urstyle can become 10!

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to start including our URStyle Artists and Interior Designers in your showcase on the URStyle Facebook Page and also in your monthly choices to interview. We have some amazing artists here and while I understand Fashion is a baseline theme, I feel like it's also important to let one of our artists shine alongside our Fashion Designers as well. This could generate more interest from the Polyfam out there that are still seeking a Moodboard home and I've seen plenty of them on Facebook that are still pining for a place to do their artwork/fashion/interior design and connect with lost Poly Friends. This is just an amazing place to be creative and I think all aspects of this site should be shared!

This is a great site for any creative mind and heart! I did get one of my Art Sets posted on the URStyle FB Page early on last year, but I haven't seen any other Art Sets showcased or make Set of the Week. I'd just like to see our Artists acknowledged as well. -

Hello, I love this website. It is really good replacement for Polyvore and I think it will be even better than Polyvore. There are only a few things missing and most of them are mentioned in this thread, but I have few I didn't see.
- more statistics on profile page - overall likes counted together, trophies from contest, top sets, how many years, months we are registered here, maybe also our last activity (like 2 days ago, one month ago etc.) - so we know if someone is still active
- personalised feed page - sets, collections, liked items from people we follow
- top sets of week or day - they can be with other featured sets on main page, explore page or something like that
- categorizing of sets - home, art, beauty, fashion
- less sets per row on profile page - ability to choose if we want 3,4,5 sets per row on our profile page (so they can be bigger, better view)
But overall I am so happy that I found this website and thank you all for your hard work!

I know you all have plenty on your plate at the moment with so many of us new users who migrated over the past 8 or 9 months and counting. I'm so thankful for the URSTYLE community opening these doors to us users and working so hard with so many demands with lightning speed.The features I'm awaiting from URSTYLE for mobile users in an Android APP are:
MOST IMPORTANTLY it has to be user-friendly with a clean, simple and attractive functioning UI UPLOAD/IMPORT ITEMS VIA DEVICE- update 26JAN19 THE ABILITY TO USE THE SHARE BUTTON TO CLIP ITEMS OR IMAGES IN BULK INTO URSTYLE
- importing items with EASE from mobile device or pc straight into the platform
We need the ability to upload directly from our device or Via Google photos, Google drive, any other cloud-based storage [Dropbox, Amazon photos, etc], SD cards, and the actual device itself. This would give us more time to create and to get on it before we forget our ideas with our inspired item ...LOL [Time management tool]
SWIPE SETS TO THE LEFT TO VIEW/COMMENT
It would be a grand idea to be able to swipe to the left while viewing sets. That way we can view the sets WHOLE BEAUTY in a larger view and also comment at the same time. [ Great for time management] DESCRIPTION EDITS W/OUT OPENING IN EDITOR- Please give us the ability to add a description and title to a published set WITHOUT opening the set again in the editor. An option of edit set/ or edit description [Time management tool]
NOTIFICATIONS FOR LANDING THE FRONT PAGE OR SOCIAL MEDIA- FEATURED NOTIFICATIONS It's awesome to land on the front page of URSTYLE platform as a featured [spotlight] set but not cool when you don't even know it...lol.
Is it possible to send a systematic automated msg to those who land on the front page...and URSTYLEs social media fan pages like FB, Instagram, twitter? - Ability to change notifications to turn likes off and only viewable if you decide to check it out.
TAB VIEWS
-The following tab or keep the groups SET tab as it is now with all the sets a member makes being visible within the group tab. It's like having our own little town with everything you need being in our groups' pages except the community tab. If the SETS tab is changed to what the majority of the community wants [to only show sets that someone actually submits to the group] could it please be an option to
SEE ALL or ONLY SUBMIT SETS by the group mod or a member viewing the SETS tab for their preference. I really don't want to lose this feature of being able to SEE ALL SETS by MY FABULOUS GROUP MEMBERS all at once but I feel outnumbered on this one just because everyone is us to the way it was at the other place. But it really is a Time saver- [NEW, FOLLOWING, and TRENDING TABS]
comment on friends sets without having to open that set up that I follow in a separate feed on endless scroll i.e instead of having to click on comment area to comment, we need to be able to comment right away on the same page...we need to get away from loading so many pages just to do one thing. PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE- Public sets should have members only or follow only can read comments. I share my sets via social media sometimes and I don't want others to be able to read or view comments for business reasons.
- GROUPS PRIVATE means private...others that are not part of the group shouldn't be able to SEE activity in the group.
ACCESS TO GROUPS- As a moderator of a group, I would need the mobile version to be able to have complete access and control of the group via mobile
- Ability to create contest and EDIT contest WITHOUT having to DELETE if there is a typo or other mistakes
- Ability to join a contest
- Ability to judge and close contest
ITEM COUNT
I love the current ability to use as many items as you want...but I'm kinda curious...how many items am I using and also it would help when layering items in a set to actually see how many items you have just in case you 'lost' an item behind something-
keep the 'no limit on items' in the editor

an easy way to crop via a mobile device. Maybe make all items png format but with cleaner [smoother edges...feathered but not like Olioboard. We need 100% jpeg or png quality

I stumbled across an App called Neybers and also a site called ChristopherGuy which has a StylePlan via online [not mobile-friendly but great features for desktop users worth checking out. The StylePlan is. specifically for creating home sets [ which is what create mostly]. I would like you to take a peek at it to see how user-friendly their interface is. Of course, they have plenty of room for expansion just like any business.
Long list I know, but as a mobile user only...these would be a great start. Of course, it will take time to develop the right formula for the company but I thought I would share to help in the Android app during its beta development.
I'm patiently awaiting bugs to be fixed so I can create on my Android device [touchscreen PC, Chromebook, desktop etc] in the near future.
